I'm a graduate of Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts in 2001 where I received dual certification in clinical and neuromuscular massage.
I'm licensed by the State of Alabama and nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork. I'm also a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
I enjoy taking continuing education classes because I'm always looking for further ways to help my clients. Currently, I have over 100 hours in continuing education including classes in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain, myofascial release, Ethics, Thai massage and hot stone massage.
